Hillsboro, OH - The Southern State women's basketball team claimed their fifth victory of the 2017-18 campaign on Monday night. SSCC defeated MUH Harriers to the tune of 86-79 despite a few mistakes. "We've got a lot of work to do. We will get there and when it all comes together, this team will be fun to watch," stated Head Coach Matt Wells. The team was lead in scoring by Emma Wardlow(Whiteoak High School) who tallied her 1st career 30 point game and grabbed 11 rebounds. Morgan Fittro(Lynchburg-Clay High School) would score 21 points For the game the Lady Patriots would shoot 36% from the field and 77% from the free throw line. The Lady Patriots will be back in action on Friday, December 1st, traveling to Wright State U. Lake Campus starting at 4:00pm
